The Graduate Trainee Academy is comprised of programmes for frontline staff with 0 to 4 years of work experience. The academy is designed to equip this cadre of professionals with knowledge and skills required to transition successfully into the modern workplace and become fully functioning team members, and contributors to the achievement of their organization’s business objectives. The academy is focused on equipping learners with essential entry level and work readiness skills that enable them to deliver work outputs that create business value.

Our curriculum can be plugged into an organization’s existing Onboarding Programme or any programme targeted at enhancing performance and reducing the time to productivity of professionals on the frontline.
